Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

In short

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Mistaken charges are always refunded.

1. Your first payment: 14 days

If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get it in full. No questions asked. This applies to the first payment of your first subscription, monthly or yearly.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, because running Tabcake costs us money for every page and question. If you do not want to renew, cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again.

3. Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you like: from your Account page in the dashboard, from the link to manage your subscription in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or by writing to abhishek@tabcake.com and we will cancel it for you.

After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your account moves to Free. Nothing in your account is deleted.

4. Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the mistaken charge in full, whenever you notice it.

5. How to ask for a refund

Write to abhishek@tabcake.com from the email address on your account, and include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

6. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few working days.

7. Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Where that law gives you more, it applies.

8. Contact

abhishek@tabcake.com, or see the contact page. The terms of service cover the rest of your subscription.
