What counts as a page?
Each page Tabcake remembers for the first time. Visiting a page again, or it changing since you last read it, does not count.
What counts as a question?
Each message you send in Chat. If an answer fails to arrive, that question is not counted.
When do the limits reset?
A month after the day you signed up, and on that day every month after, not on the 1st. Until then new pages are not remembered and you cannot ask more questions. Searching and reading everything you already have keeps working.
How do I buy Pro?
Sign up, then choose monthly or yearly on your Account page in the dashboard. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment. The first 50 accounts get Pro free, for life, with no card needed.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your Account page in the dashboard, from the link to manage your subscription in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by writing to abhishek@tabcake.com. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded. See the refund policy.
Who processes payments?
Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. It handles checkout, invoices and sales tax or VAT, and your card details never reach us.
What happens to my data if I cancel or delete my account?
Cancelling moves you to Free and deletes nothing. Deleting your account erases everything in it, permanently. You can export your pages and conversations first, on any plan.
